LOUNGE: The large open plan living has all the comforts of home, freestanding lounge suite and scatter cushions , wall mounted TV with freeview and DVD, fixed units and contemporary electric fire. French doors opening onto the gated veranda. There is an occasional pull out in the lounge. Maximum 6 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: KH16 has been fitted with a modern kitchen that includes a cooker with separate oven & grill, four ring gas hob, linen finished sink & drainer, plenty of cupboard space, integrated fridge freezer, slim line dishwasher and microwave/grill.
An adjoining dining area with a free standing table and high back chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one king size fitted with walk-in wardrobe and dressing table, room for a travel cot, LCD TV and Free view. The en-suite shower room has shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
The twin bedroom offers larger than normal size with wardrobe and flat screen TV. One of the single beds also folds away to make additional room.  

SHOWER ROOM: A family shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom also includes a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Large gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: own private parking space.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 8 minutes’ walk. 

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
