LOUNGE: This home maximises the full 14ft width offering a spacious lounge with vaulted ceiling, large comfortable 3 piece suite, front opening patio doors, 43" TV with DVD and freeview. The lounge seating has an occasional pull bed fitted for those extra guests

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Fitted kitchen furnished to the highest standard with full size fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, integral microwave, 5 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from comfortable free standing table and 6 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one double with fitted divan mattress, and large wardrobe with built-in dressing table, flat screen TV. The master en-suite comprises of a double shower, toilet and hand basin.
Good size twin room fitted with wardrobe. (The twin beds can be pushed together to form a double).

SHOWER ROOM: A lovely main bathroom with bath and hand shower rail, toilet and wash basin. NG14 as stated has two toilets fitted.
