FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: Open plan with free standing sofas, coffee table, 2 stools, French doors on to the veranda, TV with Freeview, DVD player, Xbox console and electric fire. Also includes an occasional pull-out bed. Maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, air fryer, full size fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes a free-standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite toilet and hand basin, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, overhead storage, room for a travel cot and TV with Freeview. 
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinets and overhead storage.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be supplied at an extra cost for short breaks. 

BATHROOM: The main shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA: Front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Allocated parking space next to property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
