FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: Open plan with two and three-seater sofas. French doors on to the veranda with sea views, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Coffee table with cubed stools and gas fireplace.  Please note: RM153 does not include a sofa bed and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.  The dining area includes free standing table and 6 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, vanity area, fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot en-suite toilet with wash basin. 
The first twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes and bedside cabinets. 
The second twin rooms includes a double bed, small wardrobes and bedside cabinets. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen is provided and fitted for free on any 7-night break. Linen can be hired at additional cost for short breaks. RM153 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

VERANDA: Gated veranda with front row sea views and patio furniture. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 8-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
