DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of RM29 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with free standing sofas, coffee table, French doors on to the veranda, TV with Freeview, DVD player and electric fire. Also includes an occasional pull-out bed. Maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. There is also a utility room with washing machine. The dining area includes a free-standing table and 4 chairs.  

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite toilet and hand basin, fitted wardrobe, vanity area, room for a travel cot and TV with Freeview. 
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinets.
RM29 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts & pillows are supplied.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an extra en-suite toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 

VERANDA: Front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Communal parking in front of the accommodation.  

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 8-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
