LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, Free view, gas fire and French doors leading to the veranda ; with seaviews. An occasional pull-out bed is fitted in the sofa to accommodate a total of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well-appointed kitchen with white appliances inc fridge with freezer box, microwave, 4 ring hob and cooker. The dining area benefits from a comfortable free-standing table and 2 benches. 

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double benefiting from over bed storage and a vanity area. Well-presented twin rooms both with fitted wardrobes and radiators. (The twin beds in both twin rooms can be pushed together to form a double).

BATHROOM: The family shower room is fitted with full size shower, toilet, and wash basin. SP120 also has an additional w/c, with toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

PARKING: Private drive next to accomodation.

VERANDA: Veranda area with patio furniture, with seaviews. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities, approx 6 to 8 minutes walk but only 4 to 5 minutes from the beach.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
