KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. For additional comfort, the dining area has a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms, and a twin room with bunk beds. The master double room has a double bed, vanity area with mirror, built in wardrobe, TV on the wall, radiator and ensuite toilet. The second double room has a double bed, a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. The twin room has bunk beds, a vanity area with mirror and fitted wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.  

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. TW91’s master bedroom also has an ensuite toilet, with handbasin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.

PATIO AREA: Small paved patio area, with patio furniture supplied. 

VERANDA: Seaview facing veranda, with walkway. Patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Allocated parking, marked with the numbers 91 for this property.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
