FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Premier Lodge holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made ready for your arrival and a towel pack will be provided for each person.
LOUNGE: Open plan with two & three-seater sofas and chair. French doors, Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. Electric fireplace and radiator. An occasional blow up bed is supplied for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, amble storage, American fridge freezer, double gas oven and grill. Free standing table with 4 high back chairs, breakfast bar with 2 bar chairs.
BEDROOMS: The Master bedroom has a king size divan bed, vanity dresser, walk in wardrobe, room for travel cot, full en-suite shower room.
The twin bedroom is fitted with walk in wardrobes, vanity dresser, flat screen TV, free view and DVD. (blow up bed can be found within the walking wardrobe.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Bath and overhead shower unit, toilet and wash basin. The main bedroom has en-suite shower room.
HEATING: Full central heating system with radiators in all rooms. Electric fire in the lounge.
VERANDA: Large side glass panelled veranda and front walk way, accessible from the front patio or main doors. Patio furniture is supplied.
PARKING: Own allocated parking space.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: 1-minute walk from the beach. 6 - 7 minutes to the main amenities.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
