FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with 2 frees standing sofas, patio doors on to the veranda, electric fire, flat screen 42" TV with Freeview and DVD player. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and 4 high back chairs. 

BEDROOMS: Double room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
2 Twin rooms with 2 single beds, wall mounted TVs, and fitted wardrobes. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. There is an additional shower room as an en-suite in the master bedroom.

HEATING: Double glazed with central heating through out.

VERANDA: Full wrap around gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Private driveway towards the rear of the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5-minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
