KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils. Microwave, washing machine, American fridge freezer, double gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and 4 high back chairs. 


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes - Double divan bed , fitted wardrobe, vanity area, flat screen TV with DVD & Free view and en-suite shower room.
The next room also incudes a double bed, with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, flat screen TV with DVD & Free view
The twin room includes 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite shower room.


HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.


VERANDA: Gated front facing with sea views and side walk way. Patio furniture is supplied


PARKING: Private driveway.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
