FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Premier Lodge holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made ready for your arrival and a towel pack will be provided for each person.


LOUNGE: A spacious lounge with increased width to 16’ wide. The lounge comprises of a three two seater sofas, coffee table, 32” TV and electric fire place. The patio doors open onto the veranda where you can relax and enjoy the views on the patio furniture. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: WD14 has been fitted with a fantastic kitchen that includes good storage and counter space. Modern integrated oven and grill, five ring gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and microwave.  The open plan design gives the area a bright and airy feel with adjoining dining area, free standing table and four chairs; the perfect space for catering for the family. 


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one spacious master bedroom fitted with wardrobe, window seat and vanity area. The main room also benefits from a double shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite.

The 2nd double room is of a good size with fitted wardrobe and overbed storage. An occasional pull bed in located in the lounge. The maximum number of guests that WD14 can cater for is 6.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room comprises of a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. WD14 benefits from an additional shower, toilet and wash basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom. 


HEATING: WD14 benefits from double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 


VERANDA: Veranda complete with patio furniture to enjoy the sea views. 


PARKING: Own allocated parking space. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 9-minute walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
