LOUNGE: CD9 has French doors which open onto a veranda with stunning sea views. This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with free standing 3 piece suite, 32" TV, DVD player & Freeview and electric flame effect fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull out sofa bed.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen includes a washing machine, full size integrated fridge / freezer, superb range cooker with hotplate & electronic ignition and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & chairs.


BEDROOMS: CD9 has two bedrooms; one double, with a king-size bed; with en-suite toilet, vanity area with stool and two fitted wardrobes. The twin room with fitted two single beds, single wardrobe and radiator. The lounge has an occasional pull out bed for those extra guests. CD9 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room includes shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort


VERANDA: Surrounding gated veranda.


PARKING: Allocated parking space.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 6 to 8 minutes walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
