PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.


LOUNGE: Open plan with a freestanding corner sofa and futon, with. Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player; with DVDs and electric fireplace. Wii console, Wii games and board games provided.


KITCHEN: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill.


DINING AREA: Freestanding dining table with fixed corner seating and 2 stools.


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes double; with overhead storage, vanity area with mirror, fitted wardrobe and radiator. Both Twin rooms have 2 single beds, overhead storage and a small fitted wardrobe. (In both rooms the Twin beds can be pushed together to form a double).
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.


SHOWER ROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, hand basin and radiator. There is a separate toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Double glazed with central heating in all rooms.


VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture is supplied. Patio loungers also provided. Exterior lock up storage that contains body board and kids beach toys - key to be provided for this.


PARKING: Wide parking space in front of property.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 mins walk to the Main Complex and 4 minutes walk from the beach.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
