FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Prestige caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary bed linen will be supplied ready for your arrival.


LOUNGE: Fixed Seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player, electric fireplace, and radiator. Occasional pull bed is fitted for extra guests. JC172 can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes a free standing table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower, toilet with wash basin.
The twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinets.
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen is provided for free on any 7-night break. Linen can be hired at additional cost for short breaks. JC172 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.


BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: Full central heating throughout.


PARKING: Private parking to the rear of the accommodation.


VERANDA: Steps leading to veranda with patio furniture.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Location from main amenities; 3 – 4 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.


WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
