PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of JC4 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, French doors on to the veranda, flat screen TV with Freeview and electric fire. An occasional pull-out bed is available for those extra guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes a free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite shower room, vanity area, usb points and fitted wardrobe.
The spacious twin room include 2 single beds, small wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. JC4 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an extra en-suite toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazed with central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Large front veranda with side walk way. Patio furniture is supplied.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 7 minutes’ walk to main amenities.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
