FREE LINEN SERVICE: Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire & fitting. All necessary beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: A coat and shoe area upon entry. There is a fixed sofa that is enclosed both ends, for additional comfort; a 43" TV with freeview, a coffee table and a radiator. A pullout bed is available for additional guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A spacious open-plan kitchen with full size integrated fridge-freezer, built-in microwave, integrated cooker and extractor fan. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms within this property. The Master room comes with a double bed, bedside tables, wall-mounted TV, wardrobe, radiator and vanity area with mirror.
Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds and small wardrobes. Maximum 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Fully fitted shower room with full size shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also an additional w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA: Front veranda with patio furniture, with access directly from the Lounge; through patio doors.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8-9 minutes’ walk from the main complex.

NON SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. Please note this unit does not accept pets.
