DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of KP109 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge with an L-shaped sofa, TV, Freeview and electric fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a full sized cooker and microwave. The dining area comprises of a fixed table and chairs.

BEDROOMS: KP109 has two bedrooms. The Master comprises of a double bed with bedside tables, radiator and a fitted wardrobe. There is also a Master ensuite with a toilet and hand basin. The twin room with fitted two single beds, single wardrobe and radiator. KP109 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The shower room includes shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort

PARKING: Parking close by.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 9-10 minutes walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
