LOUNGE: Internal folding French doors separate the dining and kitchen area from the lounge and bedroom area for maximum flexibility and privacy. From the spacious and comfortable lounge you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. RM155X has comfortable freestanding seating, a TV, Free view and DVD.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen includes full size integrated fridge and freezer, gas oven, double gas & electric hob, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area has plenty of natural lighting due to full length side windows and benefits from free standing dining table and high back chairs.

BEDROOMS: Two lovely designed bedrooms, one master with king size bed, full en-suite, bedside cabinets, ample wardrobes and room for a travel cot at the end of the bed. The twin bedroom benefits from a dressing table and the twin beds can be pushed together to form a double bed if required. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET: RM155X benefits from a fully fitted bathroom. This bathroom benefits from a full size bath with over the bath shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Large front and side veranda with ramp access.

PARKING: Private parking to the rear of the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
