DOF-FRIENDLY: The Owner of RM31 is happy to accept pets of a small or medium size. Additional charges apply, and can be added during the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with 2 & 3 seater sofas and benefits from partial sea views. There is also a TV with free view, fixed units and an electric fire.

The lounge will include a sofa bed for occasional extra guests. Max capacity of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: RM31 has a full kitchen which includes full size integrated fridge-freezer, cooker, hob and microwave. The dining area benefits from freestanding dining table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms. The master consists of a double bed with overhead storage, en-suite toilet, vanity area, TV and built in wardrobe. The twin rooms each have 2 single beds. Twin 1 has over bed storage, small fitted wardrobe and a bedside table. Twin 2 has overhead cupboards, small fitted wardrobe and a bedside table.

RM31 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: This accommodation benefits from a fully fitted shower room, fitted with large shower, toilet and wash basin. RM31 also has an ensuite toilet with wash basin.

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Front facing veranda with side walkway, sea views patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: There is communal parking next to RM31. Please note as its communal parking, the spaces are not allocated and are first to park basis.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 10-12 minutes walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
