FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign accommodation for 7 nights or more ALL necessary linen + towels will be supplied & fitted for your arrival.


LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with free standing sofas, sea views, sliding patio doors and electric fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Large kitchen with necessary standard utensils, central kitchen island, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, full size integrated fridge freeze, gas oven and grill. The dining area consists of a freestanding table and 4 upholstered chairs.


BEDROOMS: King size room with room for travel cot, fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet with hand basin.Two twin rooms each with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. 
KW8 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.  


BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. 


HEATING: Double glazed and central heating.


VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture supplied.


PARKING: Paved parking space in front of  the property.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets. 


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
