DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of W21 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.


FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival. 


LOUNGE: The lounge includes free-standing furniture, patio doors opening onto the gated veranda with sea views, wall mounted 42” TV, DVD, Free view, electric fire and sliding doors to separate the lounge and kitchen area. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen includes - island unit with wine rack, integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, washing machine, dishwasher, five ring gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and microwave.  The dining area includes a free standing table and 4 chairs. 


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one master with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite shower and toilet. Two twin rooms, both benefiting from fitted wardrobes and overhead storage. W21 can accommodate 6 guests. 


BATHROOM: Shower fitted over the full-length bath, toilet and hand wash basin. The master bedroom also includes a shower, toilet and wash basin. 


HEATING: Double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.


VERANDA: Veranda complete with patio furniture and sea views.


PARKING: Private driveway. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 10 to 12 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.  


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
