PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.

FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of W7 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view, coffee table, upholstered cube stools, flame effect fire. Please be advised that there is not an occasional pull out bed fitted in the sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well-appointed kitchen with appliances inc full size integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, pop-up multi power supply, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a comfortable free standing table and chairs.

BEDROOMS: Three beautiful designed bedrooms, one double with lift up bed for extra storage, en-suite toilet and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms, the twin beds can be pushed together to form further doubles, in one twin room only, one bed can be folded away and stored under the remaining bed to make room for a travel cot or give way to a larger single bedroom. TV's in all bedrooms. Maximum of 6 Guests, including infants.

BATHROOM: Main bedroom as previously mentioned has an en-suite toilet & wash basin. The separate family shower room is fitted large corner shower cubical with sliding doors & light, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: W7 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system (wall mounted master thermostat in lounge) with individually controlled radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Large gated veranda with fitted ramp for ease of access. Patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Private driveway.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minutes’ walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
