LOUNGE: The lounge includes 2 sofas, integrated radio and bluetooth sound system, usb electric sockets, electric fire place and an open plan feel with French doors leading on to the veranda to enjoy the sea views. This holiday home also benefits from fitted units with 43" TV and DVD player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Fitted kitchen furnished with full size integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, hob, cooker and extractor fan. TT22 also includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area benefits from a free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one king size with fitted wardrobe, usb electric sockets, en-suite toilet & shower, room for a travel cot, wall mounted TV and vanity area. The two twin rooms are complete with 3ft beds, wardrobes, usb electric sockets, wall mounted TVs and small vanity area. TT22 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET: TT22 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. TT22 also has an en-suite toilet and shower to the master bedroom.
HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Front facing gated veranda with walk way. Patio furniture is supplied.
PARKING: Large private drive towards the rear of the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
