LOUNGE: This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV with Free view, 3 & 2 seater sofa, electric fire, as well as views out across the veranda. UD6 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. 


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Well-appointed kitchen furnished fully equipped, full size integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a free standing table with 6 comfortable upholstered chairs.


BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms, one double with mirrored fitted wardrobes and en-suite toilet and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms with 2x single beds & wardrobes. Maximum of 6 guests, including infants.


BATHROOM: Master bedroom has an en-suite toilet & wash basin. The separate family shower room is fitted with a shower cubical with sliding doors, toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: UD6 has double-glazing and central heating throughout this means you can holiday all season in comfort. There is also an electric fire with flame effect.


VERANDA: French doors leading to a front & side veranda, sea views with patio furniture. 


PARKING: Allocated parking next to the property. 


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx.5 to 7 minutes’ walk.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
