LOUNGE: The large open plan living has all the comforts of home, freestanding lounge suite and scatter cushions, TV with Freeview, fixed units and log burner effect electric fire, nest of coffee table and French doors opening onto the gated veranda with sea views.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A modern kitchen that includes a gas cooker, plenty of cupboard space, integrated fridge freezer & microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area consists of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, vanity area with a mirror, The Master en-suite has a toilet, shower and wash basin. The Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV and radiator.
BATHROOM: A family bathroom with full size bath, over head shower, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: Double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Gated veranda with patio furniture supplied and sea views.
PARKING: This property benefits from a private driveway big enough for 2 cars.
