FREE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival. 


LOUNGE: The open plan living area includes freestanding lounge suite, foot stool, TV with Freeview & DVD player and French doors opening onto the gated veranda with sea views.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A modern kitchen that includes a gas cooker, integrated fridge freezer & microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area consists of a freestanding table and 4 chairs.


BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes, vanity area with a mirror and an en-suite shower room, toilet and wash basin. The Twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV and radiator.


BATHROOM: A family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. 


HEATING: Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. 


VERANDA: Gated veranda with patio furniture supplied and sea views.


PARKING: This property benefits from a private driveway next to the accommodation.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
