FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Kestrel Way Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.


LOUNGE: The well-designed lounge area provides style and comfort with free standing sofa, arm chairs and foot stool, 42” TV, DVD player and patio doors that open out onto the large glass front veranda. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and an effortlessly stylish living space perfect for your holiday. KW5 includes a pull out bed in the lounge and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.


KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The modern kitchen effortlessly combines style and function in perfect harmony. The kitchen benefits from oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area includes free standing table, 4 upholstered chairs and dining bench. The floor to ceiling windows provide ample amounts of natural light.


BEDROOMS: The master en-suite bedroom is generously sized and includes a king-size bed, TV/DVD player, wardrobe and chest of drawers set, room for a travel cot, full en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin. The twin bedrooms continue the luxury feel of the 3-bedroom Lodge. Complete with single beds, TV/ DVD players in both rooms, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
KW5 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.


BATHROOM & TOILET: The master bedroom includes a full en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. KW5 also benefits from an additional bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.


HEATING: KW5 benefits from double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.


VERANDA: Full-size veranda with patio furniture supplied.


ALLOCATED PARKING: Paved allocated parking space next to the lodge.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
