FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Versailles Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE: Large open plan lounge with 3 piece seating, smart Tv with internet access, sea views with access to the front decking via French doors.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from a 5 burner gas hob , double oven and grill, extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, microwave with grill, fridge & freezer and ample storage. The dining area has plenty of natural lighting due to the side patio doors and benefits from free standing dining table and high back upholstered chairs.

UTILITY ROOM: Work tops and fitted cabinets with gloss finish, stainless steel sink and drainer with fitted washing machine.

BEDROOMS: Master en-suite bedroom has a generously sized, deep sprung double size divan bed, vanity dresser, full en-suite shower room complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.
The two twin bedrooms have 3ft divan beds with fitted wardrobes.
All bedrooms are fitted with full height wardrobes, vanity dresser & TV's with free view

BATHROOM & TOILET: As previously mentioned the master bedroom is en-suite, TT24 also benefits from an additional bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower unit , toilet and wash basin.

HEATING: TT24 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Front facing gated veranda with side walk way. Patio furniture is supplied.

PRIVATE DRIVE: Large private drive.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
