FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Willerby Clearwater Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of TT37 will allow only one well trained dog in this caravan. This can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Large open plan lounge with 2-seater sofa’s, coffee table, Flat screen Smart TV, electric fire, access to the front decking via French doors and an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from a 4-burner gas hob, double oven and grill, extractor fan, integrated dishwasher, microwave, under counter fridge & freezer, washing machine. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and high back upholstered chairs.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom has a large double bed, smart TV, vanity area, full en-suite shower room complete with shower, toilet and wash basin, walk-in wardrobe, and radiator.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds with walk in wardrobe and radiator.

Quilts and pillows are provided. TT37 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: TT37 benefits from a family shower room inclusive of a bath with overhead shower, toilet, wash basin and towel rail. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet, wash basin and towel rail.

HEATING: TT37 has double-glazing and central heating throughout with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA: Front facing gated veranda with sidewalk way. Patio furniture is supplied.

PARKING: own private drive for the property.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
