PLAY PASSES: Play Passes | Newmans Holiday Homes Our Accommodation option does not include Haven Play Passes, although there are plenty of activities and attractions available to enjoy without them. However, if you would like to take advantage of the features offered with Play Passes, please be aware that additional costs apply.
LOUNGE: From the lounge you have access to the large veranda through the French doors. The lounge is spacious with and equipped with 42” LCD wall mounted TV with Freeview. The sofa has an occasional pull out bed to cater for extra guests allowing a maximum number of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen benefits from a double oven and grill, gas hob with five rings, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ample storage. The kitchen also benefits from a 70/30 fridge freezer. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and high back upholstered chairs. A large cloakroom for coats etc. is located next to the dining area.
BEDROOMS: Bedroom one has a king sized divan bed, spacious walk in dressing room and storage, 32” LCD TV with freeview, full en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom two benefits from twin divan beds, that can be pushed together to form a double, TV with freeview, and large fitted wardrobe. Bedroom three also benefits from twin divan beds, that can be pushed together to form a double , two large fitted wardrobes and TV with freeview.
BATHROOM & TOILET: As previously mentioned the double bedroom is en-suite, with shower unit, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: W6 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA: Large front facing veranda with patio furniture supplied.
NON SMOKING/VAPING & NON DOG-FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit is not pet-friendly.
PARKING: Private parking for two vehicles.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minutes' walk.
