DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies per dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge has a corner L-shaped sofa, TV with Freeview, coffee table and gas fireplace. There is an occasional pull-out bed to accommodate those extra guests. C53 can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer box, air fryer, gas oven and grill. The dining area comes complete with free standing table, fixed corner seating and 2 stools.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobe & bedside tables. 
The twin rooms comprise of 2 single beds and small wardrobe. 
C53 sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. C53 also has a 2nd toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Single glazed property with gas fire in lounge and central heating through out. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 4 to 6 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
