DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed corner seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. A sofa bed is available. C26 can sleep a maximum of 4 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill. The dining area has a fixed table with booth seating and two freestanding chairs for additional comfort.

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
The twin room has 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobe. 

C26 will sleep a maximum of 4 Guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a Master ensuite toilet; also with a hand basin.

HEATING:  Double glazed with a gas fire in the lounge. 

VERANDA: Gated side veranda; with patio furniture provided.

PARKING: Communal parking close to the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
