DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE: The open plan lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and comes complete with TV, free view and gas fire. Please be advised that there is an occasional pull out bed in the lounge for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge with freezer box, and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and radiator. Two twin rooms which have two single beds and small fitted wardrobe. C72 can comfortably cater 8 guests. There is an occasional pull out bed located in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Benefits from a shower cubicle and wash basin. Separate WC and basin.
HEATING: A gas fire in the lounge and central heating throughout.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.
WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
