DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fireplace. An occasional pull-out bed is available. H122 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, 60/40 fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table, bench seating and 2 stools. 

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, vanity area & overhead storage.
One twin room with 2 single beds, overhead storage and single fitted wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room comprising of a shower, toilet, radiator and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge. 

PARKING: Allocated driveway situated next to the accommodation.

VERANDA: Veranda with patio furniture supplied. (not currently shown in photos) 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
