DOG FREINDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge has fixed seating including an occasional pull-out bed for those additional guests, TV with Freeview and gas fire.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under-counter fridge and a microwave.  The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms, one with only 1 twin bed in, they have small, fitted wardrobes. C94 can comfortably cater for a maximum of 7 guests. The bedrooms include electric fan heating.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room has a shower unit, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. 

HEATING: This holiday home has a gas fire located in the lounge and electric fan heating in the bedrooms. This accommodation is single glazed. 

VERANDA: C94 includes a ramped and gated veranda to the side of the accommodation - Accessibility Advisory: Ramp is at a steep angle and may pose challenges for wheelchair use. 

PARKING: Allocated parking.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
