Key features: Wi-Fi access, dog-friendly, single glazed, panel heating, 2 x toilets, kitchen with undercounter fridge and freezer box. Maximum 6 guests. 

DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of H99 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: The lounge has a built in corner sofa, TV with Freeview and gas fireplace. H99 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill. The dining area comes complete with fixed table with corner seating and 2 freestanding stools.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom with double bed with fitted wardrobe and small vanity area. 
The twin rooms each have 2 single beds with overhead storage, a bedside table and a single fitted wardrobe. H99 sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: There is a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. There is an additional w/c with a toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Single glazed property with gas fire in lounge and electric panel heaters throughout.  

PARKING: Private parking behind the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 5 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
