KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Large kitchen with centre island, equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, dishwasher, integrated full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. Utility room with separate sink and washing machine. The dining area comes complete with free standing table, 4 high back chairs and double bench.


BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, room for a travel cot, vanity area and en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin. 
The second bedroom also includes a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and vanity area. 
The third room includes 2 single beds and wardrobe.  

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost. L5 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 


BATHROOM & TOILET: Full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. 


HEATING: Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.


VERANDA: Large gated veranda complete with patio furniture.


PARKING: Allocated driveway situated next to the accommodation.


DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.


WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.


NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not allow pets.
