KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. Dining area consists of a free standing table with corner seating and stool.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, room for a travel cot, vanity area and access to the en-suite toilet. 
One twin room with 2 single beds and single fitted wardrobe. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM: Shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: Full central heating throughout and a gas fire in the lounge. 

PARKING: Situated at the front of the accommodation.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
