DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: L7 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with an occasional pullout bed, smart TV, Free view and DVD player. L7 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from a table & 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity area and en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and two single beds. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. L7 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: L7 benefits from fully fitted shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite toilet and hand basin. 

HEATING: L7 has double-glazing and electric heating, there is also an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture.
