LOUNGE: Spacious open plan with 2 free standing sofas, French doors on to the veranda, flat screen TV with Freeview, coffee table and electric log burner. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those extra guests. C53 can sleep a maximum of 8 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, air fryer, dolce gusto coffee machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table, bench seating and 2 chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, TV, wardrobe, room for a travel cot and en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin room includes 2 single beds, wardrobe, overhead storage and bedside cabinet. 

Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost during the booking process. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Double glazing and central heating throughout.

VERANDA: French doors leading to veranda with patio furniture. There is also an enclosed patio area .

PARKING: Private driveway next to the van.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 7 to 9 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
