KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge (no freezer), gas oven and grill.  The dining area includes free standing table with fixed seating and two chairs.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe. The Master also boasts an en-suite w/c; with toilet and wash basin. 
The twin room includes 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied.  Linen can be hired at additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. C121's Master also has an en-suite w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heated. With fire in lounge.

VERANDA: There is a glass front veranda with side walk way. Patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Private parking space to the side of the property.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 9 to 10 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
