DOG FRIENDLY: The owner of C85 will allow only one well trained dog in this caravan. This can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview a electric flame effect fire. Partial sea views from the lounge window. An occasional sofa bed is available for additional guests. Maximum 6 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge/ freezer, gas oven and grill.  The dining area includes free standing table with fixed bench seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, small vanity area and fitted wardrobe. The Master also boasts an en-suite w/c; with toilet and wash basin. 
The twin room includes 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied.  Linen can be hired at additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. C85's Master also has an en-suite w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heated. With fire in lounge.

PATIO AREA: The patio area is gated and fully enclosed, complete with patio furniture. 

PARKING: C85 has a private parking space directly behind the caravan. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 9 to 10 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
