LOUNGE: Open plan design, freestanding sofa seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with 43” flat screen TV and electric fire. C46 allows a maximum of 4 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is fully equipped which includes built-in appliances. A double oven, full size fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is situated in the middle of the kitchen with freestanding seating for additional comfort.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms. The master consists of a double bed, a fitted wardrobe with a vanity area and en-suite bathroom; with a single shower, toilet and hand basin. The twin room includes 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobe
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET: The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. The Master in C46 also has an ensuite bathroom.
HEATING: Double glazing and Central heating. Electric fire in the lounge and radiators in the bedrooms.
VERANDA: The caravans French doors open to a spectacular sea-view from a gated front veranda with side walkway. Down the side there are 2 access points one to the private parking area and another to a paved patio area, that has partial sea-views. Seating is provided for both the veranda and patio area.
PARKING: There is a graveled private parking space next to the caravan.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 9 minute walk.
WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
