DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in the unit. You can add the dogs in the booking process, there is an additional charge.
LOUNGE: Spacious open plan with 2 free standing sofas, French doors on to the veranda, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, coffee table and electric log burner. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those extra guests. D34 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king size bed, vanity area, TV, walk in wardrobe, room for a travel cot and en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin.
The twin room includes 2 single beds, wardrobe, overhead storage and bedside cabinet. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge to accommodate the extra guests. D34 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET: Family shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING: Double glazing and central heating throughout.
VERANDA: Veranda and partial side sea views and an enclosed patio area with patio furniture that backs onto fields.
PARKING: Private driveway next to the van.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 5 to 6 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
