KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. Dining area with table, fixed bench seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, vanity area, room for a travel cot and en-suite toilet with hand basin. 
Twin Bedroom: 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. A second toilet and hand basin can be located as an en-suite in the master bedroom. 

HEATING: Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Veranda with sea views and patio furniture supplied.

PARKING: Allocated parking. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
