LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed seating, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas fire. There is also an occasional pull-out sofa bed for additional Guests. Maximum 8 Guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with freestanding chairs.

BEDROOMS: This accommodation has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, vanity area and fitted wardrobe. The Master also has an en-suite w/c; with toilet and wash basin. The Twin bedrooms each consist of two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, over-head storage and bedside cabinet. 
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost. 

BATHROOM & TOILET: The family shower room consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. C41's Master also has an en-suite w/c, with a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Double glazing and central heated. With a gas fire in lounge.

VERANDA: There is a gated front facing veranda with side walk way, that gives way to a seaview. Patio furniture is supplied.

PARKING: Private driveway. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 3 to 4 minute walk.

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
