LOUNGE: Open plan design with fixed seating, French doors on to the veranda with sea views, TV with Freeview, electric fire and an  occasional pull-out bed for those extra guests. Maximum of 6 guests. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, Washing machine in exterior storage box, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table, fixed seating and two stools. 

BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin room includes 2 single beds and small wardrobe.
C91 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room includes a toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: C91 is double glazed with central heating throughout.

VERANDA: Veranda, with patio furniture supplied. Patio area with additional seating. 

PARKING: Allocated parking.
