DOG FRIENDLY: The owner is happy to allow well-trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for each dog and can be added in the booking process.

LOUNGE: Open plan lounge with fixed L seating with integrated occasional pull out bed, coffee table, wall mounted TV and patio doors opening out on to the veranda with sea views. 

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: A full equipped kitchen furnished with full size fridge freezer, cooker with hob and a microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and 4 chairs. 

BEDROOMS: Two bedrooms - the master includes one double bed, fitted wardrobe, small vanity area and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. One twin bedroom with two single beds and a small fitted wardrobe. D47  can accommodate a maximum of six guests.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Main bathroom fitted with a double shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The Master benefits from an additional toilet and wash basin. 

HEATING: Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms. D47 also benefits from piped gas so no need to arrange for replacement gas bottles.

VERANDA: Veranda comes complete with patio furniture. 

PARKING: D47 benefits from a private drive behind the accommodation. 

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approx. 8 to 10 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. 

WIFI ACCESS: Wi-Fi is available. Access charges are applicable and can be added in the booking process.
