LOUNGE: Open plan with fixed L-Shape seating, patio doors leading to the veranda, coffee table, flat screen TV and electric fire. The sofa includes an occasional pull-out sofa bed for those extra guests. D59 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. Dining area with table and corner bench seating.

BEDROOMS: Double bedroom with a small double low platform bed, fitted wardrobes, vanity area, room for travel cot and en-suite toilet with hand basin. Double bed size 4ft x 6ft 3in. 
Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds, overhead storage and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests. 
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The en-suite in the master bedroom comprises of a toilet and hand basin.

HEATING: Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA: Wrap around veranda with glass balustrade and patio furniture supplied. There is also a separate patio area.

PARKING: Private driveway for 1 vehicle.
