LOUNGE: The lounge features fixed L-shape seating, a TV, coffee table, electric fire and French doors opening onto the veranda. An occasional pull-out bed is available for additional guests. D68 accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The well-equipped kitchen includes a full-size integrated fridge freezer, microwave, hob, cooker, air fryer, coffee machine and extractor fan. The dining area offers a table with fixed corner seating and two stools.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, fitted wardrobe, small vanity area, overhead storage and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds, overhead storage and a small wardrobe.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE: The family shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The master bedroom also benefits from a separate en-suite toilet with hand basin.

HEATING: Fully double-glazed with central heating and radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA & PATIO: The veranda is furnished with patio furniture and offers excellent sea views. A further patio area is located at the rear of the property.

PARKING: A private driveway is provided.

DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES: Approximately a 4–7 minute walk.

NON-SMOKING & NON PET-FRIENDLY: All Newman’s holiday homes are privately owned and smoking is strictly prohibited at all times. Any damage caused by smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit does not accept pets.
